As an experienced litigator, I represent my clients in contractual and corporate disputes before ordinary courts, commercial courts and before appellate courts (including the Swiss Federal Supreme Court).

I represent clients in national and international arbitration proceedings in commercial disputes. I have experience in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, the Swiss Rules and other arbitration rules. 

I advise and represent my clients in the collection of outstanding debts. I support my clients in all phases of debt collection (including seizure or bankruptcy proceedings). When quick action is required, I secure my clients' claims by blocking the debtor's assets.

Furthermore, I represent my clients in the recognition and enforcement of domestic and foreign court decisions in Switzerland. 

I represent both accused persons and injured parties in criminal matters, both in the area of white-collar crime and in administrative criminal proceedings.

My expertise also includes the assertion of civil claims in the framework of criminal proceedings. 

I support private individuals and companies in international legal assistance procedures in Switzerland (e.g., concerning blocking of assets or request for information and documents).

I advise clients on the drafting and review of contracts (e.g., purchase agreements, loan agreements, distribution agreements or shareholders’ agreements). 

Furthermore, I counsel private individuals and companies on corporate law matters.
